If you start the Xtreme you should look at your taskmanager if any task use 100% CPU time and which programm don't response.

I think that the speed is not the problem: I have a AthlonXP 2ghz with 1gb ram.
The problem is not new: Official eMule-Board > Emule Displayed Server Busy Dialog Box, I try to start later but it do the same.

I use the 5.4.1 version, and I like it very much !

A very little problem however: I've got a (Kad only) downloader from Brazil, Xtreme says, but when I paste the given IP in a whois ( Whois lookup and Domain name search ) it says Israel !

Or maybe do I miss something ?

i just found up this;

so i switched 1:3 to global source limit on the connection settings, and its fixed...

100% CPU Usage
 

I have been using this mod for a couple of years withought problem, but this latest release seems to be spiking my CPU.

I have ghosted back to an old image 3 times and of course the xtreme version on the imageg is old. My PC Runs well till I update to the newest version then suddenly my PC gets locked up pretty bad.

is this only with 5.4.2 ? What was the last Xtreme version without this problem ?
And please enable verbose log and tell me what is printed there when this happens.

Not 5.4.2 Was the last version B4 that that was giving me so many problems. I cant tell you what 5.4.2 is doing yet. I havent updated yet.

your posted loglines don't show a bug of emule but indicates that there is something wrong with your system.

I have a problem. I also use Xtreme emule for a... mmm, I guess it was version 4.8.2, when I ran it for the first time.

But for a couple of last versions I've got a nasty bug causing Xtreme emule just to crash anytime. In the current version it even asks to make a dump to help resolve this problem.
In the last version it happens too often. And the crash happens without any matter. Please, help.

did you send the dump to me ?

btw. there is no known bug at Xtreme. All dumps I received were either created by any dll file or are related to the official emule code.
