Many Servers are down due to problems with the law...i suggest you to use unly Kad (for the moment...)...

Maybe avg antispyware blocks eMule? Google !

Servers appear to be dead
 

I am not able to connect to any servers, they all appear to be dead. I have not had any problems until recently I am getting this error "server appears to be dead". Any help will be appreciated.

thanks for the great Xtreme 6.1.
But there is one feature i am terribly missing...
can you PLEASE add ,when u copy and paste an ed2k Link
that you can select : --phpBB URL tags style--
or in German that when u right click and select --Zeige ed2k Link--
that you can select --Füge phpBB URL Tags hinzu--
like you can find it in MorphXT v8.9 for example.
Because when you have 2 add a lot Links into Boards etc.and
sometimes when you select 20 plus Links and u have to manually add the URL Tags that can be really annyoing,so that would be a great feature and a big help.
And i am NOT Talking about the HTML Tags because those are useless.
I am talking about this style:
Example :

(Remove the dots before and after "url")

Without the dots it come out like this then in boards or in this forum etc. :

Okay, i hope you know what i mean and me and a lot people would greatly appreciate if you could add this feature, because always having 2 switch to another MOD only 2 add/copy/paste a bunch of Links.. that coud be much easier if it would be included in the Xtreme 6.1.

im new at emule xtreme, and i can't connect in any server! its not couse of the dead server... its a configuration in xtreme mod.... please help... i have a router, does that could be d reason of the problem???

Of course....you must forward the ports in you router!
In eMule-->connection you see which ports is your eMule using, and these 2 must be forwarded in your router...

thanks ... i did this... but it still not connecting.... the normal eMule connects without any problems,,, but Xtreme dont! and even with this configuration in the router... my id in the normal emule remains LOW....

Maybe it is because eMule Xtreme sets random ports....go to options --> connection and set the two ports, you forwarded in your router!

i have entered in the website of the tutorial of my exacly router model....

Xtreme Mod cant connect to servers...
 

Hello everybody! Nice to be a part of the community.
The problem is, that original emule connects to Razorback and other servers with no problems, but Xtreme Mod can't. It rarely is able to connect to some server, but when I try to connect to another one, it is not possible. (
I checked the ports and all similiar settings. All is the same with Emule...
What can be the problem? May be the IP filtering or something else? I see other people have same problems...

some servers cooperate with leecher-clients and use their identification system... and could get banned because of this.
As a work around try to disable "idetify leechers by userhash" (at least until you connected to the server)
