Ich habe folgendes Problem und bin leider kein alter Hase. Ich hatte lange eMule Plus 1.1 und wollte es in die neue Version updaten, jetzt macht mein Rechner gar nix mehr in Sachen eMule. Trotz widerholten De- und Neuinstallierens tut sich nix. Ich komm noch bis zur Meldung: "Deutsch wird als Standart festgelegt" und dann passiert nicht mehr. Die Norton Firewall hab ich schon deaktiviert und trotzdem ist pumpe.
Kann mir jemand helfen???!!!

hi, ich hab eMule plus v1.2 und das problem, dass es keine Files läd, die größer als 4GB sind.
(die emule v0.47a hat ja ihr limit bei 256gb glaub ich)

wieso geht das nich bei emule plus 1.2 ?? :-?

also ich seh im 1.2 changelog nix, das sagt, dass der support für große datein eingebaut worden ist. somit ist die max file size bei 4 GB!

emule plus basiert doch gar nicht mehr auf der originalen version, oder irre ich mich da?

richtig, das hält sie aber nicht davon ab gewisse ändeurngen des offiziellen zu übernehmen oder nachzuahmen.

emule plus is missing major features:

Unicode
Kad (kad is very useful for small files! since SX is not good for small files)
Large files (> 4GB)

weshalb funktioniert die Vorschau nicht, es wird zwar beim Rechtsklick auf den Download angezeigt, allerdings passiert nichts wenn man es anklickt.

Weshalb funktioniert der download von Seiten mit Downloadlinks direkt nicht, aber wenn ich den Link im Suchfenster und unter direkter Download eingebe schon?

Welchen Videoplayer benutzt du für die Vorschau (unter Optionen/Dateien/Videowiedergabe Programm)?

Meinst du mit den Links, dass die Downloads nicht in eMule übernommen werden?

Also eingetragen ist bei "Video-Player für Vorschau" nichts, wenn die aber fertig sind, wird Windows Mediaplayer benutzt.

Die Funktion genau gibt es nicht, aber es gibt " Backup für Vorschau erzeugen" und diese ist nicht aktiviert!

ich bin zimlich neu und kenne mich mit E-Mule noch nicht so aus.
Seit einigen Tagen geht ein Download nicht weiter in der Spalte Status steht HÄNGEND. Was muß ich machen damit es weitergeht ?

Benutzt du eMule Plus? Ich kenne diesen Status nur von dort. Derartige "Details" solltest du uns schon mitteilen wenn du Hilfe erwartest...

Laut der eMule Plus Dokumentation bekommt ein Download diesen Status wenn seit einer Woche keine Daten mehr empfangen wurden.

Gut, nachdem wir somit geklärt haben, dass dein Thread in 'eMule allgemein' nix zu suchen hat, hänge ich ihn an den aktuellen Plus-Thread an. Du kannst ja die Gelegenheit nutzen und auf die die neueste Version updaten.

mein Emule Plus lässt sich nicht mehr öffnen es kommt immer folgende Fehlermeldung und mit der kann ich absolut nichts anfangen zumal ich nicht so gut Englisch kann. Vielleicht kann mir ja jemand einen Tipp geben was ich machen kann.

Status "hängend" in eMule Plus 1.2c

Hallo
Da der Thread von meinem Leidensgenossen jetzt 2 mal wegen selbstverliebter Forenordnung in den Mülleimer verschoben wurde (was ich ziemlich arrogant finde bei der Tatsache dass die Postinganzahl/Tag noch recht überschaubar ist) versuche ich jetzt mal einen Thread zu eröffnen der den allgemeinen Forenschutzgesetzen entspricht.

Also vorweg: WinXP-System, 1&1 DSL 6000/640up, eMule Plusv1.2c, kein Virenscanner, eMule-freundlicher Router von AVM, die meisten DL´s laufen problemlos und in recht kurzer Zeit durch (da viele meiner begehrten Files z.B. in Uni-Netzen schwirren)

Vorgeschichte: Ich nutze eMule insbesondere um Files für mein Studium (Dokus, usw.) zu sammeln und versuche tatsächlich nichts illegales downzuloaden.

Nun zum Problem:
Mit zunehmender Zeit, die eMule bei mir läuft, verschwinden immer mehr Files in den Status "hängend". Dieses ist zumindest bei der Mehrzahl NICHT darauf zurückzuführen, dass es keine Quellen gibt. Die Quellen werden mir sogar beim Klick auf das Kreuz angezeigt, und die Anzeige "zuletzt komplett gesehen" steht auf "heute". Trotzdem sind und bleiben immer mehr Files in "hängend". Ich habe dem Trieben sogar mal live zugesehen, wie eine File aus status "wird geladen" (mit 15 kb/s) urplötzlich in "hängend" umgesprungen ist. Seit Ende Oktober lässt sie sich jetzt nicht mehr reanimieren, obwohl weitaus genug Quellen da sind. Das gleiche Schicksal teilen mit ihr ~ 150 andere Files. Dabei hatte ich das Problem schon einmal in den Griff bekommen. Hier mein Lösungsweg, der jetzt leider auch nicht mehr funzt:

- alle Files im Status "hängend" markiert
- rechtsklick
- auf "Pause" klicken
- auf "Fortsetzen" klicken

und schwupps waren alle DL´s wieder status "warte" und wurden größtenteils fortgesetzt. Allerdings funzt das jetzt auch nicht mehr, bei o.g. Procedere rutschen die Files sofort wieder in "hängend". Meines Erachtens handelt es sich um einen Bug.

Meine Frage: Kennt sich jemand damit aus?
Oder: wie kann ich meine begonnenen DL´s in einen anderen Client kopieren (habs mal mit nem Backup versucht, hat die temp´s aber nicht erkannt), damit die Downloads dort fortgesetzt werden?

Hallo!

Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen.

Seit einiger Zeit habe ich einen neuen Laptop mit Vista und habe mir gestern emule plus runtergeladen. Leider schafft es emule micht, eine Verbindung herzustellen.

Ich weiß nur, dass es an der Windows Firewall nicht liegen dürfte, weil emule von der Firewall ausgeschlossen ist.

Entschuldigt bitte, wenn ich was Wichtiges vergessen habe! Kenn mich leider nicht so gut aus.

Dein Hauptroblem ist, dieser Mod hat keinen KAD. Viele User fahren nur noch im KAD-Modus. Viele Quellen sind also für Dich nicht, oder nur schwer erreichbar.
Überhaupt ist der KAD-Modus gerade bei sehr seltenen Quellen nicht zu toppen. Dein genannter "Trick" klappt übrigens noch besser, wenn Du statt "Pause", "Stop" nutzt. Dies kann aber auch zur Falle werden, wenn Du zu kurze Zeitabstände nimmst, also wenn überhaupt, immer mit ca. 12 Minuten Abstand, ebenso hilft ein Wechsel auf einen Server mit hoher Nutzerzahl. (eine Falle deswegen, weil zu schnelle Anfragen, mit einem Bann beantwortet werden)
Am sichersten ist aber, einen Mod mit Kad zu nutzen. Für Dich würde ich den Xtreme empfehlen, da dieser noch kleine Optimierungen in der Quellenfindung beinhaltet.
