Could you develop a Emule with New Gene?

I think emule’s technology is not enough.

Protocol Obfuscation is not enough.

Recently, isp take action to block any emules flow by new method in China, Everyone can’t use emule like before.

Emule is always very very slow(only 50~900 bits/s), just like sick.:sb

I think programmer must develop emule by higher tech like SSL2 or SSH to encrypt any data and information.

Encrypting any data in all progress is best.
And
Decentralized in earth is wonderful,emule don’t need server,
just like kad tech or better.
But
Everyone's hard disk has 30G~40G for sharing file for decentralizing.
Fake files(wrong name or with virus) can be control by list.

This is new Emule’s Gene. How do you feel???

Programmer can refer to p2p—Perfect Dark(Janpan),
I think it’s very good model for p2p just like emule.
