JDownloader höheres Limit

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe heute mal den JDownloader seit langer Zeit ausgepackt um einen Download im Hintergrund zu tätigen, allerdings ist die Download-Rate offensichtlich auf 50KB/s beschränkt, da er nie über diesen Wert hinaus geht und auch relativ konsequent sich zwischen 45-50KB/S einpendelt. Da ich es schon bei mehreren Hostern ausprobiert habe, liegt die Vermutung nahe, daß ich irgendwo in JD eine Beschränkung habe, konnte bisher aber nichts finden.

Kennt sich irgendjemand damit ganz gut aus und könnte mir sagen, wo ich mal gucken sollte oder woran es sonst liegen kann?
