Kennt ihr einen Fall bei dem jemand eine Abmahnung wegen eines downloads von rapidshare gekriegt hat?

nein. gar keinen. und ich bin in der "Szene". ich würde das wissen.

Ein Download dort ist schwer nachzuverfolgen, die Server sind alle im Nicht-EU-Ausland, daher ist es schwer zu ermitteln
